Can I leave my luggage before check-in or after check-out?

チェックイン前やチェックイン後の荷物は預かってもらえますか？

You can leave your luggage before check-in from 10am – 3pm and after check-out from 10am – 6pm. (Please do not leave valuables in your luggage.)

チェックイン前は10AM-3PM、チェックアウト後は10AM-6PMの間でお荷物はお預かりさせて頂きます。（貴重品のお預かりは致しかねます。）

Yes, you can. However, please note that you will need to vacate the hotel between 10am and 3pm while it is cleaned.

Food and drink are not allowed in the pod（capsule）rooms. Please use the free space on the 1st floor to eat or drink.

We ask that guests check-in by 12am. If you need to check-in later than that, please contact us in advance.

基本的には12AMまでにチェックインをお願いしておりますが、万が一、遅れる際は事前にお問い合わせください。

Can I go out after I have checked in?

Yes. The front door is locked after 12am. Please use the back door and the code you were given at check-in to enter after that time.
